I am writing to provide a review of the outstanding service we received from your company.

After recently purchasing a home from Logan Homes, we noticed during our pre-inspection that the tile work we had paid extra for was uneven. The Project Manager from Logan Homes contacted Matt from Owens Flooring to assess the issue. Matt sent his lead tile expert, Luis, who determined that the walls were uneven and recommended a full demolition and restart.

We were very impressed when Owens Flooring took full responsibility for the initial contractor's work and committed to making it right. The following day, you sent Jose Senior and Jose Junior, who both did an amazing job.

I am extremely pleased with the results and want to thank Owens Flooring for standing by your work and ensuring a quality finish. It is rare to see companies today act with such integrity.

We had a ***** star experience with Andrew Owens "Owens Flooring & Interiors"! We used them for wallpaper installation & Charles was incredibly professional & far exceeded our expectations. We had some really complicated designer wallpaper placed in 4 different rooms of our home. Each room came out seamless and perfect. Charles was a great communicator and was clean & respectful of our space. We couldn't be there for the install, & Charles was very trustworthy & went above and beyond & sent pictures of each project as they were being done. Wallpaper is not easy (we tried to do a room ourself first) but Charles is a true pro and made each room a piece of art!

I needed new carpet for my home purchase. The entire upstairs and stairway. Andy Owens and his team were fantastic in helping me find exactly what I wanted. We had a bad tile job in my brand new home. My builder was Southern Pines Homes who was not interested in making it right. I wrote a negative review here about Owens and I immediately got a response from the owner of the company who came out the next business day and put a crew on this to fix immediately. My original review was not glowing for Owens, but we have learned that it was the builder not communicating with his subcontractor. Rest assured, if you personally select Owens Flooring, you will get a quality product and white glove service. I posted new pictures so you can see the difference. Kudos to a company who still puts their customers first. Thank you, Andrew.

We used Owen's Flooring in our commercial building with great success. After being really happy with the quality of the Flooring and the installation we then used Owen's Flooring to redo the flooring in our mother in laws house and we really love it. Great Job and quick completion of the job.
